Mid to Senior-Level Python Developer

Your mission

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance Python applications that support our voice-driven AI solutions.
Design and build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend architectures to facilitate seamless integration with our conversational AI platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML engineers, and DevOps, to deliver scalable and inclusive solutions.
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices through unit testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed.
Stay up to date with modern Python development practices and emerging technologies.

Your profile

3-8+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
Solid understanding of software design patterns, OOP, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Qualification

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Dask, or Airflow.
Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or gRPC.
Previous experience in high-load distributed systems.
Familiarity with voice-driven technologies and conversational AI platforms.
