Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI

Your mission
  • Strategic Leadership: Define product vision, lead "zero-to-one" initiatives, and identify new market opportunities in conversational AI.

  • Product Development: Enhance human-like AI interactions, ensure enterprise-grade scalability and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), develop no-code/low-code tools, and optimize for speed and empathy in customer service automation.

  • AI/ML Specifics: Define AI voice/tone, manage prompt design, leverage LLM understanding, shape AI guardrails, and optimize for real-time performance (<500ms latency).

  • Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, translating complex AI concepts and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product performance, lead customer discovery, and translate insights into actionable requirements.

  • Ethical AI: Prioritize empathy and ethics, mitigating biases, and ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Your profile
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in AI/ML-focused products (conversational AI, voice AI, NLP preferred).

  • Domain Expertise: Proven B2B SaaS product development track record.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of core AI/ML concepts, data infrastructure, and ML model development.

  • Specialized Conversational AI Skills: Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering, LLM behaviors, human-like AI interaction crafting, real-time performance optimization, and familiarity with voice technology (telephony, SIP, VoIP, ASR, TTS).

  • Foundational Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, innovation drive, leadership, adaptability, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and UX understanding for AI interactions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
